Teaching has always been a passion for me. Throughout my law enforcement career, I’ve always been involved in teaching and training. I look forward to the start of each class today as much as I did when I first started back in 1986.
Greg Miraglia is a professor of criminal justice and LGBT Studies. He authored the curriculum for one of the first accredited LGBT Studies Degree programs in California. He is a subject matter expert in LGBT history and civil rights, community policing, hate crimes, law enforcement human relations and diversity, and workplace harassment prevention. He is a guest instructor at the FBI National Academy.
Mr. Miraglia has worked at teacher, program coordinator, director, and dean while serving four different community colleges in the Bay Area.
