If you aren’t the cook in your house or are just tired of eating everyone else’s food, join us for this two-part basic skills class and learn how to cook dishes for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Led by master educator Greg Miraglia, this class includes basic food and kitchen safety plus pantry essentials. You will learn basic egg cookery, how to create several basic sauces, and how to braise and roast. We’ll even throw in a couple of delicious desserts! You will learn how to plan and portion for a small dinner party. These hands-on classes will each create a meal for you to enjoy with your fellow new cooks. Pre-registration required by September 4.
